Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period: you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
For faster processing, please attach a photo of the issue to your message.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as special orders or personalized products)

  • Personal care items (such as certain beauty products)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are unfortunately non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above conditions, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
